Online Technical Support with Screen Sharing

We understand that sometimes it's difficult to follow instructions over the phone.  Tutorial videos are great but they can be a little confusing and too quick sometimes. If you're having a little trouble making that news update or changing an image on your website, let us help you.

Screen sharing allows us to remotely control your computer and guide you through any technical difficulties you may be facing.

If you have an Apple Mac, click on:

• The Apple icon in the top left corner
• 'System Preferences'
• 'Sharing'

• 'Screen Sharing' (so that it is checked)
• 'Computer Settings...'
• 'Anyone may request permission to control the screen.'

TeamViewer

Download the right version of TeamViewer for your device:

Mac
Windows PC
IOS Phone/Tablet
Android Phone/Tablet

Once downloaded, run the program and let us know 'Your ID' and 'Your Password'.

We'll take care of the rest!
